Almost every female partner I have ever had has been incapable of any amount of lifting whatsoever. Yes, you have a 2 person crew, but patients can weigh a lot more than you'd imagine. Obese people aren't very healthy, and immobile people (that require lifting) are often very obese.
I'm curious, what does those female EMTs who can't lift do and how do you solve those situations? Does your boss conciously never send an EMT crew consisting of less than 2 males?
