All 29 of the FISA warrants from 2014-2019 were found to be defective with apparent errors. 4 of those FISA warrants had ZERO evidence stored, and in 3 of those cases, no one is sure if the evidence EVER existed in the 1st place.

The problem is a great deal more complicated. Lets say you have a group of persons that really really like being in control of things. Like to an insane degree and are actually fairly competent in accomplishing this. But in a world that is basically getting smaller it gets harder to hide. So they intermarry into groups that due to addictions and or proclivities have also amassed power.
