How exactly are they going to shut the internet down? What can they realistically do? There isn't a kill switch. They could disable the underwater cables but we'd still have access to anything in the continental US. They could make cloudflare or google stop handing out DNS but you could still come here by typing in Yas Forums's IP or using an alternative DNS service. The internet doesn't just get shut off from the top down, worst case scenario run cables to your neighbors and you have local intranet

Actually yes, yes I can, honestly last night I was suddenly overwhelmed with a feeling of "this is all wrong, there's a happening coming and soon and it's not the virus, it's something else".
It could be that it's my ape brain struggling with accepting that this is it, the virus is the long awaited happening, thus rejecting it and giving rise to that feeling.
On the other hand I was on point as soon as I heard about COVID-19 and I recognized that it was going to get this bad right away. People are amazed over how I'm handling it. When my office got closed down and everyone got sent home on 2-hours notice I just refereed everyone to the guidelines I had drawn up for it a week earlier.
