We don't do the flu shot though. When I was pregnant with our first I went to get one and got turned away because "the shot contained preservatives" and that I needed to find a flu shot from my doctor that had different preservatives. I never got the shot, then with the second pregnancy, turned it down and told the doctor about before. They said that was silly as it's all the same stuff. It's a hard one -alot of doctors refuse to see your child if you don't vaccinate. You'd have to find one that's specifically against it.
