My gf and I pay $2600/month for a 2000sqft 3 storey townhouse with a basement and 2 car garage, near the heart of the city - both of us are working from home getting our fat paycheques ($220k combined income), yet enough people in my complex have asked for cancellation that they said they would consider anyone who asked LOL. We usually get paid on the last friday of the month but this one was March 31st for some reason - so we showed them our bank statements as of Monday and they gave it to us. Feels kinda bad since they've been very good with timely maintenance and whatnot but whatever - that's a free $1300 for me ahahahahah
