Mentally? 28 - 30ish
most attractive? 21 - 25

Millennial men need to stop thinking 30 is young

Because a mans prime is really more about when he is fully realized in his career/life I’d say 30-50

Technically men hit there max earning the years just before retirement but I don’t think anyone would call those last 10 years of work “prime”

So yeah I’d say 30’s to late 40’s is your “prime”

That’s more for women. Men hit their physical prime probably in their early to mid 20’s

But their prime in terms of career/leadership/ standing among the tribe much later closer to 40
