Everyone has though, there aren't really any religions or offshoots of religions that haven't.
I grew up a Calvinist in South Africa and my small Dutch Reformed church here in Florida, made up almost entirely of other South Africans, is almost 100% white just by design because everyone is from the same place. And even that church is opening up to outsiders now.
Anyway the reason why I brought that up is I went on a ski trip to Utah earlier this year and spent my day in Salt Lake City driving around to the different temples in the area, they were honestly beautiful and I wish a mainline christian group had churches of that caliber in the US. It's really neat, but I wouldn't be one myself.
