Why are psychodelics unlegal?

Society works by constantly reinforcing a narrative on what's right, what's good, what's valuable, what your role is, what you owe others, etc. Psychedelics dissolve all those years of operant learning and if everyone were to start using them it would destabilize your country and its government.

because most people don't enjoy or actively want to pursue the psychedelic experience, for joe-normie it's pretty uncomfortable to have the reality of the universe laid flat in-front of you. psychedelics can give you absolutely terrifying insight into the nature of reality, and most people prefer to just stay blissfully ignorant. the truth of the matter is that the world actually wouldn't be better that way, understanding yourself is a power that gives you radical freedom, and our society is not structured in a way that benefits from having a lot of free-thinkers.

convenience is the cornerstone of the economy, just because you can make it yourself doesn't mean people wouldn't pay for it. the reason is more related to my other post because trust me, if it were profitable, there would be corporations selling it.

those other things that break social conditioning aren't as easy as putting a little piece of paper in your mouth. meditation, spiritual enlightenment, the strengthening of your mind and body, deep introspection, meta-cognition, self-help, therapy, etc etc etc. Those things all take a lot of work. LSD breaks social conditioning immediately, and for very little of your time/hassle.

I've never understood this. I've never done absurd doses like 10g of mushrooms or anything, but I've psychs on a number of occasions and have never felt any real difference afterwards except MAYBE the reinforcement of stoicism which I already believed in. You feel different in the moment obviously, but afterwards it's easy to recognize that it was just an experience caused by a molecule. The experiences I had don't hold any bearing on real reality.

Maybe it's just because I've reading shit like Ken Kesey and Robert Anton Wilson since I was a teenager and I was prepped for it. IDK

I don't agree with this in general, but for your average Joe I probably do. I think some exceptional people can dedicate a lot of time and energy into piercing the veil of reality without use of drugs, but like I said in this post, LSD is the far more accessible route to that type of meta-cognition.

Did you ever read that Strassman DMT book? He mentions one of his test subjects being like you're describing where he considered himself a "hard head" meaning he had a history of taking drugs and not really being affected much by them. Intravenous DMT completely broke him though. And I personally believe any human being alive would be broken down with full ego death were they given a high enough dose of the right psychedelic compound.

I have a psychedelic handbook, dozens of plant species that have psychoactive properties can be ordered online. Morning Glory, Datura, Yopo, and many more.

I've never done DMT, but it's been basically the only drug I've ever wanted to try since I was a teenager. More than anything I just want to see what my experience would be with it. I think that about LSD and mushrooms too, but people really turn it up to 11 with DMT so I figure I ought to see what it's all about.

Buy yopo seeds online. You can extract DMT from them very easily. Or buy morning glory seeds and put them through a cold water extraction, creating a drink that contains LSA, a legal alternative to LSD.

Drug Chemistry is very easy, you’re not going to blow yourself up. You could literally do the two procedures above in your kitchen.
