I've said this before on here, but hospitals need to offload some of their busy work from nurses to low skill workers. Even a fresh out of high school kid is perfectly capable of intubating someone or placing an IV. We dont need our skilled workers wasting hours upon culmative hours doing this type of stuff. It's one of the biggest reason hospitals were overworked even before the outbreak.
