Have you recently bought a new home? Within the past 15 years or so? Would it surprise you to know that 80% of the labor put in to your home was done by illegal aliens, who not only don't speaky no English, they damn sure can't read a fucking blueprint.
There 2 trades left that I see Americans are performing, plumbing and electrical. The beans are even in the HVAC trucks for fucks sake.
Any other, "trades" up in this bitch? Faggots, canadians and beans need not reply.
Yup that looks about right user. I was a commercial electrician for 10 yrs before I got hired in industrial. Government jobs were the worst. There was literally no English speaking people except the general and like you said plumbing and electrical. I did a city hall once and it was by far the worst framing job I had ever seen. I saw them put studs up that were atleast an inch from being butted and the nails just held them up. I saw them put up bowed boards and when they were told to fix it they went through with a skill saw and cut the stud at a 45 and then scabbed on another 2x4 for the support. They didnt even have ladders, they made saw horses to stand on if they had to work up high. They typically have 1 person who can read a print and speak broken English. I will never work commercial or residential again.

A lot of new construction in the US is done this way. I invest in real-estate, Single Family Homes, I don't buy anything built after 1972.
