I know what they were talking about: "Vlad, finish this shit with oil, this is bad for everyone. Ok. Donald, right after you lift the sanctions and stop stopping us from building a gas pipe to Europe."

Russia is an enemy of humanity. It's a mistake to trust them with anything
Comparing it with Ukraine is an insult to Detroit, even if both are full of basketball-Americans

I didn't know much at all about the Yugoslav wars so I started reading this yesterday. Holy shit man, in some places it's 1-for-1 with Libya and Syria.
Has anything happened in Syria since the cease fire? Other than "moderate" rebels moderately attempting to reignite the fighting by blocking/attacking Russia and their Turkish handlers?
Oh, good to know, thanks. Hopefully the T*rks continue to faceplant if/when there's a second offensive.
The webm is more for the SAM system than the grenade launcher. Also I think it's supposed to be a fictional less lethal expanding round, a lot like the one used by Milly Thompson in Trigun.
Also, as long as history is being mentioned, I might as well post about the first US military intervention in Syria that I uncovered and researched a month back.
>August 1903 >Christians and Muslims rioting in Beirut (then Syria, part of the Ottoman Empire) >Muslims fire shots at US Vice Consul William C. Magelssen >President Theodore Roosevelt orders three ships under the ultimate command of Rear Admiral Charles Stanhope Cotton to Beirut >The USS Brookylin (ACR-3) under Captain Harry Knox >The USS San Francisco under Captain Samuel W. Very >The USS Machias Lieutenant Commander Bernard O. Scott >Ships arrive in September 1903 >Riots still ongoing >Cotton threatens to land 500 US Marines as US Ambassador John George Alexander Leishman demands the removal of the Vali of Beirut, Reshid Pasha >Under pressure of US gunships the Ottomans comply and replace Reshid Pasha with Nazim Pasha, Vali of Damascus >Guard of US Marines landed to US consulate as the rioting dies down >Warrant Machinist Charles H. Casey aboard the USS San Francisco is court-martialed for "Scandalous conduct tending the destruction of good morals."
So not only is it the first ever US military intervention in Syria (arguably in the Middle East), but also one of the few times the US ever opposed the T*rks with military force (we never declared war on them in WWI).
twitter.com/RickAMoss/status/1244709758856241153 1/ Looks like the Admiral Nakhimov, a Kirov-class nuclear-powered battlecruiser, is supposed to (finally) get its turbine and power generators installed. It's been at Sevmash shipyard since 2006, and has taken up a semi-permanent residence in the large dry dock there since 2015.
also friendly reminder that w*fa is a whore dog and doesn't belong in a thread about geopolitics.
