What you asked has nothing to do with what you're complaining about.
Under capitalism, without any sort of regulation, cartels, oligopolies and monopolies go rampant. Capitalism places no value on morality or ethics. It transforms people into numbers.
Free markets only concentrate wealth when encumbered by anti-competitive regulation. Removal of anti-competitive regulation is the absolute key to efficient wealth redistribution.

Not really, as monopolies can occur. The invisible hand would only work if everyone were honest in their deals.
Monopolies only occur for two reasons 1. Naturally This is acceptable as natural monopolies are politically impermanent 2. Government interventionism Anti-competitive regulations prevent industry participants from entering the market. This creates a monopoly powered by government intervention. If you look into corporate lobbying you’ll find that creating anti-competitive regulation is an applied science taught in university.
