I read every other major religious work over the course of several years, but I was always averse to the Bible. It seemed very unlikely that people with very low intelligence and spiritual understanding could all be holding the right book. But after climbing through the muck of false teachings, the Quran, Hinduism, Buddhism, occultism, what have you, I finally was ready to hear the message of the truth and I was given the Holy Spirit to understand the Bible and worship the true God in spirit and Truth. So I promise if you read the Bible with a humble heart, you will be let into all truth, even if you hardly meet anyone who can understand it. My church in the rural States consists of members who would you Dim Ali are filled with the Holy Spirit and Truth. This is really surprising, because the vast majority of churches in this area are all fake. People who refuse to Worship in spirit and Truth and surrender their lives to Jesus, focusing on him as the author and finisher of our faith. So I pray for them, but the pseudo Church really is a big problem. It's really unfortunate that the true faith is surrounded by people who can't understand, because they cannot hear with their ears nor understand with their hearts by God's decree. Look it up, it's in the Bible. It describes how people will be always hearing the truth but never understanding it.

But I encourage you, my beloved friends, to study the Bible with a humble spirit. God will lead you into the right church and give you fellowship with real believers in the Life of the faith.

In the last religious kikery thread, someone told me that the people there would kill me if they got the chance, and the thread ended before I got a chance to find out what the hell that was about. Is that guy here? I'm curious about what that was about. I have a similar testimony. As a kid I was raised in “””Christian””” church where people spoke “””tongues””” and always focused on worldly success instead of pleasing God. I never understood the gospel so I left the church, became atheist, then agnostic, then my life went to shit and I started seeking the truth with my whole heart. I came to the conclusion that I couldn’t know for sure anything was true and I descended into madness.

In my madness I stumbled across a Bible verse

It was amazing. I was never sure of anything true for 2 decades, but I knew this was true. I didn’t understand it, but I knew it was true. After some more search, I found the biblical gospel, believed on the Lord Jesus Christ, and now I’m saved and going to heaven.

I now have the Holy Spirit who leads me into truth. Once you’ve seen the light, you can’t go back.
