And I have 2 such scars. I don't know where the second came from. Probably BCG is done several times(?). I've never seen in Russia anyone having 3 scars. Everyone has 2.

The problem with this hypothesis is that italians had mandatory vaccinations until 1970, which most Italians that died did get the BCG vaccine.
It is much more likely than in Italy it has something to do with the family structure and the fact that they have one of the/ the oldest population in the world. People in shithole nations don't get old so they are much less at risk since immune function declines with age.
