I really wanna do this. I've always wanted to be built like a truck. I lifted weights a bunch, but it seemed like I made little progress. I only got to like 145 on a bench press. 30lb curls. I'm a decently big guy naturally. This summer if I'm feeling up to it I'm down to try. We should do a summer Yas Forums yok'd thread where we can track progress. But I would really recommend you buy a home gym lad.

Buy a Half-Rack Workbench, they go for 400-500 dollars, plus a weight set of 200LBS is around 100 dollars, plus buy some adjustable dumbells, tricep bar, and EZ bar, and your benching bar.

You're going to spend maximum 800-100 dollars for a full home gym.

That's understandable. For me, my job is extremely sedentary, and then I go to uni classes. Only exercise I do get is walking 2-3 miles total between the buildings.
Suffice to say that 1-2 hour time slot is the most exciting time in my day.

Let me know when the gyms open up nigger I’ve already lost some core/leg strength. Got some resistance bands, pull up bar and an ab wheel and it’s really helped, but you need consistent weight training if you want to build strength/mass/endurance. I’m going crazy.

I'm a professor. Pretty sedentary job. It's why i have projects that benefit me in more than one way. Workout + usefulness.
