You have no idea how this works. No one is going to do a limited strike once a nuclear exchange starts. From your statement you have no idea how missile defense works either. Strike time from anywhere in the world to U.S. soil is ~25 minutes for an ICBM. Retaliation has that much time to react. Missile defense less. No one is going to leave ICBMs in the silos once the first one is launched. There is a reason it is called mutually assured destruction. And there is a reason MAD prevented an all out nuclear exchange during the cold war.

Now, go and Google the current Missile defense system the United States has built and take a look at the test success rate.

Suppose that you want to destroy a Target with 95% probability. You can't just launch one ICBM at it because rockets are not that reliable. So, you launch 2. Poof, your inventory just got cut in half from 6500 targets to 3250. Now you have to deal with a shit tier missile defense system so you have to shoot 3 rockets to ensure destruction. Now you can only hit 2066 targets meaning that missile defense system just protected over 1000 things.

I do not doubt that there will be a conflict of some sort. However, it is my opinion that it will be an EMP burst over CONUS. A well timed and placed EMP detonation over the U.S. will have a 90% casualty rate in the first year. I do not think it will come riding on ICBM. I believe it will be the result of satellite that has gone rogue "accidentally".

Not how that works user, sorry. ICBMs are not bottle rockets. They have a circular error of probability. The latest is roughly 200 meters for a Russian ICBM open source. 200 fucking meters. Not to mention that some ICBMs have multiple war heads on them, once again, open source up to 6. With the kinds of yields we are talking about 200 meters is not a problem. They only need to shoot one. The idea is to target multiple impact points to utterly destroy and make uninhabitable a place like Ft. Bragg while also crippling infrastructure, i.e. railyards, reservoirs airports, etc.

I think a key difference for the US is that if you nuke the multicult cities, a massive portion of the population will look at it positively. They will be happy to see the people who extract from them, murder them, oppress them, terrorize them, demonize them, gone. The federal government in the US does not enjoy broad support from the population -- people won't fight for it because it has made it abundantly clear it wants nothing but genocide of the historical American nation. You take out a dozen, maybe a couple dozen key cities and it's over.
