I also reload everything on a single stage RCBS press, Not the fastest method but I'm an anal prick when it comes to ammunition and i try really hard to keep it all exactly the same once my load is perfect for the gun in question.

reload the stuff you think you will use the most, I generally keep ~250 rounds for my bolt rifles, 1k for each pistol and 1500 for my semi autos.

.250 savage, 9mm, .45acp, .357 mag, 5.56 and .308 is the main stuff I reload but I have 15+ sets of dies for random shit I own.

it really depends on the powder he uses, I like to use BLC-2 for my bolt guns and semis because I can buy alot of it and stock one type. Its also the same powder russian 7.62 was designed around so its extremely common

FMJ .17HMR will punch through modern 7.62 rated body armour and helmets, and a .22 mag will kill any type of game in the US with correct shot placement.

if you must use the 4350 dont go over 32 GRS.
29-32 seems like a safe option in my nosler books for 150-170 grain bullets.

I have enough for ~15k rounds right now, not counting the 10k rounds I already have stored for 5.56, 12ga and 9x19.

.308 calls for 46gr of 4350 which is 101% over case size. Have to compact... and I'm not wanting to do that shit.
