im quite fine actually, i just paid rent and all of my bills because before i lost my job i was smart with savings. in fact for the entire lease, which has nearly lasted a year, ive not missed a single payment, and remained loyal to the agreement i signed with my landlord. i still have plenty of money left over, and food and supplies, with more on the way

however if the circumstances suddenly shift and cause a situation where im unable to pay my fees, i wont be going anywhere before my lease is up, because i cannot be legally evicted as a result of local courts shutting down, and the property itself and its services cannot be deterred or damaged because thats a crime scaling higher than a civil offense. landlords literally cannot do anything right now, and god forbid they try to do something against a larger community they house - especially if the tenants are niggers. whose seething again, retard?

Bruh, judges make people pay child support for babies that aren't theirs because it is the law. You can't seriously believe that a judge won't make you pay rent on a contract you signed because "I took 4 months off of work because corona"
There will be back rent, I have no idea why this is so complicated for you, people paid rent during other national emergencies, soldiers still have to pay rent during wartime.
Courts don't just accept excuses because you are really really sure that they won't make you pay. Again, the penalty for no-payment may take longer, but they aren't going to go away. The fact that YOU lost YOUR job is not the fault of the landlord.
This is no different than if the landlord just changed your locks one day and still demanded you pay rent while never formally evicting you, you would be entitled to what you were owed in the contract, which is housing.

Evictions are going to be harder to carry out in most places and the tenants know it - better to work with the good/reliable ones and offer some discount or perhaps payment plan etc.. If you know some aren't unemployed/just working from home then no need for that - contact them all individually and work with them - explain you want to help etc.. you need a bunch of them on side. -you don't want the whole building against you.

For the few that won't work with you - remind them you intend to evict as soon as this is over...
