OnlyFans is very nearly the opposite of prostitution. The "services" the woman provides are negligible compared with the actual work of a prostitute, and the risks are much lower. There's been a lot of interest recently in the way the massive availability of porn has affected the way children (teens) behave in sexual relationships, especially with regards to what acts they perform. In general it's been bad for both sides, with both boys and girls having unhealthy expectations about physical features, and girls feeling obligated to perform acts like anal and facial just because boys see it as commonplace due to their porn usage.
It's probably better if children see less porn, although the cat is probably well out of the bag at this point. The most you can do at this point is try to explain that porn is not reality.

I don't think it'll change all that much, actually. The reason is that if you do legalise prostitution, what will likely happen is massive numbers of immigrant women, legal and otherwise, will be imported to fill those brothels. Similar phenomena can be observed in European countries where prostitution is legal. The social implications are minimised as a result.
