She said her parents kicked her out after high school and said find a job and get out. We have kids and they never came to their birthdays or Christmas nothing. Now her dad is old and sick he is trying to call her but she won't speak to him. He finally realizes whats really important in life and that he fucked up. But my dad died a couple years ago and I didn't get a chance to say goodbye because of a stupid argument about 6 months before he died and it still hurts me as i write this. So i told her she needs to make peace with him or suffer what I have been suffering with these last few years. I told her I was being too stubborn and prideful to make peace with him and I thought I would have more time to make up with him but he had a sudden heart attack and I never got the chance. She finally called him when this virus started.
