This is due to a lack of chemicals for the tests. While individual labs could often perform 2k to 3k tests per day, the test reactive chemicals are in short supply due to the worldwide demand... and it doesn’t look like that supply is going up fast.
Ups... I guess we are all fucked because we ain’t going to see millions of tests in Europe/America anytime soon.
