Imagine if you will, waking up to the sound of silence, you wake up, and all you hear is nothing. Maybe a few birds in the distance, chirping like there is nothing different, like it's a normal day. After clearing your throat and feeling a bit dizzy from last nights balcony chat with the neighbors from across the street you decide it's time for breakfast. As you make your fav dish (beans with toast, yet again) you hear trucks, loads of them, passing by beneath your window. You knew it was in your city, you knew it, but you didn't realize yet how bad it really was. What is the military doing here, maybe a stricter lockdown? Perhaps just some movement to help out in a hospital? Suddenly you notice the police officer saluting the trucks, "odd" you think to yourself. You try not to think of it, but a small part of your brain knows, these are but the first of many corpses being transporter, someone grandfather,father,brother, perhaps someones' daughter, snuffed out. This is the moment you accept that life as you knew is over, gone, like their hopes and dreams. Brought far away to some crematorium to be turned into nothing but ash. You want to scream, but your lungs just don't want to fill with enough air, maybe you smoked too much yesterday? Maybe you will join your "friends" on the streets below? The TL;DR is that it's a Russian suffering simulator involving the plague and making difficult choices.
The more expanded version is that you play as a surgeon that comes back home after a long time away due to an urgent letter from your father. In a matter of days the town is affected by the plague and you have to try to save the city and yourself. Expect to die at least once from starving, from thirst, from sleep deprivation, and from good old fashioned rioters/looters/asshole infected fucking, fucking NIGGERS that won't leave you alone.
