My only symptom is a dry cough for the last 3 weeks. I have had some feeling of being flushed early on but never a measured fever. I felt at time short of breath but to be honest It was probably anxiety because as soon as I said to myself that im just anxious let me relax I have been fine.
some measures I have taken - I took 50mg zinc tablets every day I eat whole food, fresh fruits and vegetables and drink a ton of water. I also lift moderately heavy weights and do exercise.
I have an albuterol inhaler and ive used it twice a week ago.
guys I know people are dying from this, but for ME it isnt severe at all. My brother and father both have it as well. My brother had a very severe case when he was sent to the emergency room via ambulance in the middle of the night. He recovered and did not require a vent and is home.
I really hope and pray that you anons are safe. everyone is focused on the 5% but for the rest of us 95%, its manageable.
I wont say "its just the flu" but its just the flu
Good for for. What did they do for your brother at the hospital?
Owen Powell
Good for you*
Thomas Cruz
Okay, and what about the more permanent effects like the organ damage?
Christian Brooks
>brother sent to the emergency room in the middle of the night for it This means its not just a flu even for your own brother. I am glad your family is doing well. Thank you for the info and advice.
Joshua King
Thinking lots of people have already had it. Just too mild of symptoms
Camden Gutierrez
What is the zinc good for/
Nathaniel Cook
Right, cause people never get hospitalized for the flu.
Nathan Reyes
how long was your brother in the hospital for? did you give it to your family?
Camden Reed
>I eat whole food, fresh fruits and vegetables and drink a ton of water. are you vegan?
Nathan Walker
I also tested positive and had the exact same symptoms. VERY mild, treated with zinc, heavy vitamin C dosing, also worked out daily through the sickness.
Xavier Ortiz
>This means its not just a flu Well, thousands get hospitalized for regular flu as well.
Cooper Collins
>Okay, and what about the more permanent effects like the organ damage? It happens, but as far as I have read, it's only in the most severe cases when the virus really starts to spread around the body.
You are positive and spreading it. Thanks user for doing your part to end the human race.
Isaiah Robinson
LARP
Asher Peterson
I think i had it too. Did you get rapid heartbeats? I had to sleep on my stomach a couple of nights to breathe better. Felt really weak also. Im feeling much better now but still feel not 100% but could be just phsychological now.
Asher Parker
that doesn't enter a doomers thought process.
Nicholas Perez
No you fucking retard, young people don't go to the hospital for the flu
Alexander Scott
This isnt permanent bitch, any time you get an infection it "damages" your shit. You heal tard, your body is constantly making new cells to get rid of the shitty ones.
Jace Perez
thanks. it good to see someone from NY not being a huge faggot about it.
Chase Anderson
>young people don't go to the hospital for the flu Some do. Also, how do you know his brother is young?
Aiden Brown
When did you found out about being SARS-COV-2 positive? What protective measures you took against infecting patients and others?
Carter Reyes
are they prescribing the treatment? wtf are they waiting for??
Why try to stop it? Just let it happen and maybe the super-elite retards will stop trying to transform every major city into a Diverse™ Hyper-Condensed Super-City where half the population is immigrants and almost everyone lives in Apartments.
Jace Taylor
Man, you lot are pussies, tits or gtfo, you know the rules
>DAILY REMINDER >archive.vn/hagx5 >99% of Italy deaths had at least one pre-existing condition >50% had three pre-existing conditions >archive.vn/YHpdZ >No way to know how many cases there actually are >We estimate 86% of all infections were undocumented (95% CI: [82%–90%]) prior to 23 January 2020 travel restrictions. Per person, the transmission rate of undocumented infections was 55% of documented infections ([46%–62%]), yet, due to their greater numbers, undocumented infections were the infection source for 79% of documented cases. THE LOCKDOWN/QUARANTINE IS THE ONLY REASON ANY OF THIS IS A SERIOUS PROBLEM >keep everyone in a constant state of fear so that they are more easily controlled and manipulated >stay in your house, isolate yourself, (((social distance))) from friends and family >seize opportunity to ban guns >seize opportunity to move further towards cashless society and forced digital identification (AKA Chinese-style social credit system) >seize opportunity to institute UBI and more gibs me dat for useless people YOU ARE BEING PLAYED.
Maybe you did but is it worth getting tested? I’m in the same boat as you I had dry cough, shortness of breath but no fever. Last week I coughed up a big glob of something and boom all better. I might’ve had it but why would I get tested now if it means just getting sent home to do what I’ve already been doing.
Liam Rodriguez
will start replying to all, def not a larp give me a sec
Landon Kelly
generally vitamin zinc would reduce the duration of a common cold buy a day or so.
Jace Gray
Me too, but I am in the second week. No other symptoms and I can run. The lungs feel a bit heavy.
Chase Rivera
God protect you user, and your family. Stay strong.
John Ortiz
Anyone lose their sense of smell/taste? I lost it around March 24, I can smell off and on but not like I could before
Im pretty sure im asymptomatic, cuz im (thankfully) overall healthy - probably a "silent carrier" or whatever
Have been self isolating since 2016 so fuck it
Daniel Jones
I have a sore throat. But i think its allergies
Julian Torres
You retard, ERs are closed except for extreme emergency. It’s not the illegal alien clinic you’re used to.
>I eat whole food, fresh fruits and vegetables and drink a ton of water. >I also lift moderately heavy weights and do exercise. You're very different from most Americans then, unfortunately.
Kayden Hughes
>I wont say "its just the flu" but its just the flu The problem isn't the disease itself but the transmission rate. The flu gets around but nothing like this.
Easton Foster
At the first hospital he literally sat waiting there for 5 hours before seeing a doctor, it was not busy, the nurse sat on her ass and pretended to chart. we went and picked him up and took him to the hospital we work at, of course they gave him preferential treatment and he was seen immediately. we didnt take him there initially because that hospital is 30 minutes from home. They gave him some albuterol, put him on a non rebreather, did an arterial blood gas, and monitored him overnight, in the morning he didnt need oxygen and his ABG had corrected itself.
there are reports of pulmonary fibrosis, my dad is a pretty heavy smoker and his chest xray had pneumonia, but hes still able to breathe fine and its been weeks. Most people dont get pulmonary fibrosis. in fact most of the nurses and doctors are working with symptoms. they only arent allowed to return to work if they have an active fever, but once fever is gone for 48 hours you can go back to work even if you have cough or shortness of breath/ confirmed for covid-19
my brother was short of breath but i think the fact that he percieved he couldnt breathe made it worse, basically had a full blow panic attack on top of shortness of breath and that made things worse. the reason why i say its just the flu is that 24 hours later he was sent home and still coughing but able to be out of the hospital without oxygen.
very true it was like pulling teeth to get tested despite the fact that we had known confirmation. dont believe the news they are not testing people.
zinc interferes with transciption and translation of the virus, aka virus replication. it reduces the severity and length of the viral illness. Thats something thats well known for other viruses so i figured I would try it if I got coronavirus, so far with my symptoms being so mild I think it might work - COULD JUST BE COINCIDENCE, but def worth a try
lmao I dont sit on this shit 24/7 I have a life, and i was waiting for people to post to respond to. youre so gay
Luke Martin
this is a reported symptom. I hope it comes back for you . please report back in in a few weeks because this is worrying.
Julian Brooks
I needed to hear this, my mom works in healthcare and told me she'd been exposed to it today. My family and I have been on edge about this, this was really refreshing to read.
Thanks OP praying for you and your family

DUH IT IS JUST THE FLU CORONAVIRUS IS FAKE The pnemonia was renamed it! Fear from media is freaking everyone out And now this is how they usher in the "vaccine" which VIRUSES CAN'T BE TOUCHED BY AND ALSO THIS IS HOW THEY WILL PROMOTE SOCIAL DISTANCING BY MICROCHIPPING THE SHEEPLE
WAKE THE FUCK UP

I'm not scared for myself, I'm scared for my mother, my father, my only grandmother left, my uncles and aunts. They're all in the "5%". 5% is a lot.
Ian Myers
>I eat whole food, fresh fruits and vegetables and drink a ton of water. That's your problem. Plants lack most nutrients, and the only significant vitamin you get from fruits is vitamin C.
Jordan Nguyen
Got a good zinc supplement I can go grab?
Jack Torres
There have been posts here suggesting us to lay in a big supply of tonic water to go with the zinc if we feel symptoms. Any truth in that?
Did you get officially diagnosed with it? Or do you just think you have it?
I'm pretty sure I have it -- and my experience has been the same as yours -- but I've never been officially diagnosed, so I could easily be wrong.
Ryan Parker
>99% of Italy deaths had at least one pre-existing condition
Can anyone confirm if this is real? It’s huge if true
Nathan Campbell
What do you do? Nurse? Doc? What speciality?
My wife and I have had similar a few weeks ago but only my wife was a bit rough, but she just coughed a lot and was fine.
Oliver Brooks
>My only symptom is a dry cough for the last 3 weeks. I have had some feeling of being flushed early on but never a measured fever. I felt at time short of breath but to be honest It was probably anxiety because as soon as I said to myself that im just anxious let me relax I have been fine. Some dude coughed on me in a store back when this all started in January (like right before everyone else started panicking while I was doing my prep shopping). Felt sick in the same way for the first week. Feel fine now. All I've done is smoke a ton of weed. I also feel shortness of breath sometimes, but just chalk it up to being a degenerate stoner because whenever I think and inhale fully, my lungs fill up like they always have.
I feel like the smoking kept my cough wet and allowed me to expel stuff, too.
t. actual retard

I work in a supermarket stocking shelves at night. One of my coworkers is "very sick ",but no one at my job is admitting anything about what exactly he is sick with. I have had some symptoms, but not all and what I am feeling isn't severe enough to warrant giving me a test. So I am going to work anyway. I can't afford to stay home and quarantine myself.
>I wont say "its just the flu" but its just the flu You think this is over don't you? Get your affairs in order, you're likely going to be in for a nasty shock when it flares up and reinfects you again
Samuel Murphy
Troll. No real healthcare worker refers to themselves in such a generic way. We actually want to tell you which profession we are in and relate our experience to that. Maybe you are just an arse washer, we will never know.....
my brother and I both work in the same hospital, we dont live in the same house but we work within the same division and see the same patient population which has a higher percentage of covid patients. We live in two different houses but I mean everyone in the hospital right now is presumed to have contact with coronavirus seeing as they were literally telling people not to wear masks. >50% of staff is coughing very mild dry cough
yea I really feel the zinc and vitamin C plus staying active is key. I home gym equipment in my basement so I didnt get affected with the shut down of gyms and other businesses.
MOSSAD DETECTED
They definately are sensationalizing it in the news but we do also have a large influx of pretty bad cases. that being said most ppl on vents right now have comorbidities, the ones that dont have comorbidities are party goers aka heavy drinking/drug abuse. Dont believe the hype about random people dying. Atleast from my own point of view its not happening. Most people are very ill and probably would have died without coronavirus. There have been a few and i mean A FEW of anomoly cases where people literally progress rapidly to needing a vent. nobody knows for sure people dont disclose their medical history and social practices and lab work/vital signs doesnt tell the whole picture
from what I've seen only the patients on vents in severe condition get the chloroquine azithromycin combo. we didnt get it. we didnt need it.
tried the expectorant but not much came up and its dehydrating so I just breathe steam in the shower lol
Jaxon Hall
Do all of the "it only affects people with preexisting condition" people who keep dismissing the virus realize how many people have preexisting conditions? Do you realize that once you get old you're likely to get a pre-existing condition? Especially if your a fat greasy american?
Jayden Peterson
I'm glad to hear you're doing well. It hasn't spread too far where I live yet, but im a bit worried since ive had some other health problems related to breathing before this all started. I've been taking high amounts of vitamin c beyond the daily value in hopes of reducing my chances. I guess I can try zinc too if/when I get it.
Weed does that. You can smoke cigarettes forever and never properly get the shit out of your lungs but one bowl and a big cough and it comes flying out easy
This one snuck under the radar for a lot of people
Gavin Cook
>zinc interferes with transciption and translation of the virus,
Correct, but none of the zinc you are taking is entering your cells if you are just taking only the zinc, because the studies that discovered that used a zinc ionophore because the zinc wouldn't enter the cells normally.
You need to take a zinc ionophore as a supplement, unsurprisingly being, chloroquine or hydroxychloroquine. You can connect the dots on why both medications have shown promise (because they allow zinc into cells).
Im a nurse practitioner, my brother is a registered nurse, my mom is a registered nurse, my wife is a registered nurse. clearly im not going to tell you what hospital or health system I work for. If you believe me or not I really dont give a fuck, I'm just stating my experience with this virus and what I did. Since my symptoms are extremely mild - i figured it might be useful info

You've left out important information: namely race, sexual orientation and age.
Lucas Howard
Let me give you the 411 on that one. All hospitals in affected areas are imposing strict visitation rules, and are funneling all traffic into singular entry and exit points for screening and questioning. This typically includes employees as well. On top of that, most visitation has been entirely shut down. That means no family members loitering around, non essential personnel are home or working in another unit, all elective procedures are canceled meaning no one in waiting rooms. So if some faggot drives by with a cam of course they're not gonna see anyone in the halls or waiting rooms. COVID patient's don't line up in the streets outside of hospitals because hospitals won't allow them to do so due to the risk of infecting the non-infected. They are quickly funneled inside. So, again, yes waiting rooms are going to be empty, and patients coming in who say they think they have COVID aren't going to left sitting out coughing on everything. They're going to be quickly isolated. Another pro-tip, most of the serious cases don't wander in the from the street. They're the ones who are admitted to the floor, worsen, transfer to IMC, then worsen again and are emergently transferred to ICU and intubated. That's what our last six COVID patients have looked like on my unit.
With what you’ve seen thus far is there gonna be a bed shortage and mass chaos? From the outside looking in it seems like NYC is a disaster area.
Dylan Torres
why are medfags such brainlets? it isnt a flu, the transmissivity and impossibility of containment is why it is civilization ending, it doesnt matter if most cases (((presumably))) resolve without severe pathology and morbidity (we still dont know a lot about the pathogenesis) >from my point of view it isnt happening fucking retard
Ryder Thompson
so many low iq idiots on this board jfc

Often times more than one. Many people have suggested that Coronavirus deaths in Italy are being over-reported because even if somebody was on deaths door with other maladies, if they tested positive for Covid-19, it's a Covid-19 cause of death.
Caleb Gutierrez
>Most people are very ill and probably would have died without coronavirus. thats such a dumb argument though. If theh wkuld have died without the coronavirus then nothing would be out of the norm. The fact there are foreseeable supply shortages proves that something is clearly out of the norm ie more people are dying than usual!
Josiah Rivera
yes they do
Luis Rodriguez
You shouldn't work out, the virus and his exploded bacteria can spread to your heart muscle and you just drop dead.
Asher Moore
What scares me is that it *can* be mild for a while (mild as in actually mind, not WHO mild of not needing life support). But then BOOM you're fucked because it was building up to a critical mass in your lungs and there's no way to know, what a fucking horrible disease.
As for the Zinc, I too heard that a while back and have plenty of it but I don't have the other stuff and even tonic water these days has fuckall quinine in it anyway. We're in desperate times using desperate measures but zinc by itself should do something for you. Take it with a source of carnosine to enhance absorption, I know that much.
