God made suffering. Whether you get coffee that's cold or you perish from a heart attack, that is suffering. Suffering exists in many degrees. We have to work to survive. We have to SURVIVE! We have to avoid hunger and pain as much as possible.
God alone is responsible for all the misery in your lives, big or small. You're personal stories of hardship and sacrifice can be attributed to God and HIM ALONE unless you are a poor quality person.
In the very same regard I will argue that God made happiness. Whether you achieve a goal or win in the lottery, that is happiness. Happiness exists in many degrees. Your work is rewarded with happiness.
