2 weeks ago my housemate had a sore throat that lasted a few days. A week later my other housemate and I both had tickly throats that lasted literally only a day. It was wierd, it felt like a dry tickle, and we couldnt shake the feeling that it was an ultra small viral load of the virus.
I watched Molymeme a few days ago and he said he had literally the same thing. A sore throat that lasted only a few hours in his case and he thought it was very strange.
I suspect that most of us are going to get the virus or have already had it without realizing it.
Thats your body beating the first 2 or 3 waves of the lesser coronavirus, leaving only the kind your body is unable to kick.
I had the same thing, prepare for the worst flu of your life.

Few days of puking from a stomach bug, ended up with really sore ears. Next day had a sore throat which developed into a mild head cold. Nose pissed like a race horse for a few days now I just have that annoying occasional coof to clear my throat.

This coronavirus basically tests all your points one after the other, with a break in between. I saw that too but thought it was just me.
