I'll try to find the video. But basically any nurse or doctor can be trained on how to properly use a ventilator within a day or two. It's not super complicated. There was a video interviewing a therapist and a doctor. They both agreed that it's not an issue during an emergency.

I work overnights at an HEB in San Antonio. Overall, it varies widely from day to day. The meat department has an overabundance of meat and chicken for the first time in two weeks, but we're constantly out of toilet paper, paper towels, soap, hand sanitizer, bleach, ammonia, bread, milk, eggs, etc. I don't think we're on full lockdown, but there is a "stay home, work safe" thing going on and no gatherings of more than 10 people, maybe less.
