correction. 3000 x 1000= 3 million emp's
Each emp is only 1 mile radious of un hardened targets. I know how to build all this. Only a nuclear blast can give a 20 mile range, you would still need 1000's of bombs to emp all of the USA with maybe 10% penetration.
