Nursing homes have various traveling administrators and nurses who go facility to facility. In NO several of those people or their family members went to Mardi Gras biomass germ vat. They get sick. Bring it home to nurse Karen. She has to travel to four nursing homes this week while feeling ill n bam. Not to mention vendors. Vendors make stops at nursing homes every single day. Multiple vendors. It's not a contained environment.

Before the coverage and the sensationalism, most people were getting it and getting over it. So nobody bothered getting tested. The rate is more about the increasing rate of testing, than the spread.

Same with the deaths. There have been thousands of pneumonia deaths in the US in 2020.

Last year, when people got the flu, they stayed home and ate chicken soup.
This year, at the slightest cough, they flock to the hospitals thinking they're going to die.
