If you mean hydroxychloroquine and azithro, there are trials going on for much better drugs at the moment. The HCQ/azi evidence is incredibly shaky, and even if it wasnt, it would be very difficult to implement becaus HCQ has a ridiculous number of side effects, a narrow therapeutic window and is thus difficult to dose right. eg it can lengthen your QT interval and is thus arrhythmogenic.
One thing i never see get mentioned is that 18% of COVID patients have some kind of myocarditis picture, and have ECGs which look like theyre having aheart attack. Giving HCQ is thus a ridiculous risk no one should take.
