I've told all my tenants to not worry about rent until the shelter in place order is lifted however, they're responsible for fixing anything that needs fixed in that time. All 4 families have agreed and expressed their gratitude.
I have enough to pay the loana saved up from their rent. Taxes are going to be difficult next year, but I am not kicking anyone out.
