Im getting over influenza a and dont do any exercise until you feel well for a few days. Twice now i decided to go on long walks when i was feeling better but ended up in worse shape the next day. Today bbn in feeling better but plan on doing nothing at all.

Yes see the doc. I had the same symtoms and they performed a f lo u test first to rule out corona. The doc told me it wasnt corona before the test even came back, he said he knew by my symptoms.

Combine Robitussin cough and congestion

Every 4 hours.
That is a double dose of Robitussin, It is fine to take more than 6 doses in 24 h if it is short term. May cause some sleep issues though. This is to prevent damage due to chronic coughing as well as reduce pneumonia symptoms such as shortness of breath due to fluid accumulation in lungs.

That is usually 3 pills every 6-8 hours, you can take up to 2 g a day without any issue. This is to keep general inflammation down in the lungs as well as a mild fever reducer.

Sometimes I just have aching lungs, sometimes I just cough, then other times I feel no pain at all. This has lasted like 4 days now.

I hope you dont experience the same inflamation of the lungs i was experiencing. It felt like someone shoved a ballon in my lungs so hard i could feel the pushing upon my back and ribs. I would become short of breath and my heary would start racing, and immediately after my lungs production of sputum would increase and a worse cough followed. Not very cool and i was worried it would kill me.

Tylenol is better at controlling fevers but you cannot give insane doses of it. So those with moderate symptoms would likely be on Tylenol.

Amphetamine and dextro-methamphetamine are both controlled substances, but levo-methamphetamine and propylhexedrine are available OTC in the US as inhalers.

Yes it is the best over the counter thing for congestion. Even better than many prescription meds. I've had many respiratory infections including pneumonia 3 times, I know. Only take it if you are congested though. It isn't going to help any other symptom of the virus though except thinning out mucus.

The doc told me the sporadic nature of my symptoms and lack of fever were why he thought i didnt have corona. I honestly didnt believe him bc i was worried i was exposed at work in nyc. I still didnt believe when the flu test came back positive bc i heard of people being positive for flu, rhino, and corona at the same time.
The doc prescribed me 5 days of tamiflu, but i have been symptomatic for +two weeks now( 12 days after my first tamiflu dose) so i have been in bed except the few days i felt good. Like i said each time i went out when i felt good I would wind up in bad shape the next day.
