"5G" is a signaling protocol, essentially. There is no such thing as a "5G frequency" because it can be deployed on a variety of frequencies.
In the USA it's deployed in "low band" mode, which is either on unused spectrum right above WiFi or in the same bands as existing GSM cell service. No, it's not a mind control thing. It's just lower power but higher density, because we don't need huge powerful RF equipment and gigantic sector antennas any more in urban and suburban areas. Smaller radio cells are far faster and more efficient while putting out *LESS* RF energy.
