349 bil to small businesses in the form of a loan, which doesn’t need to be paid back if the money is spent to keep the business running
500 bil in loans to distressed companies about to go bankrupted with no other lenders available. These loans must be paid back and they require restrictions on corporate pay and stock repurchases.
