Social skill is the sine qua non of male attractiveness. It is the most important factor in determing whether a woman will be attracted to you and they will test you on it mercilessly.
Autism, real autism, is literally the exact opposite of male attractiveness. user's friend was obviously lying about his diagnosis, his kill count or both.
Take my advice: Focus above all else on building up your own life and your social circle (such as it is) before bothering with women. Assume the woman situation will sort itself out naturally once every other piece is in place, because it will.
And for God's sake, do not get in your head the idea to go approaching random women on the street or anything like that. Save yourself the pain I caused myself.

But I haven't gotten a friend since high school. Its hard man real hard being on the absolute bottom of the social totem pole. My partents never knew what to do with me so they let me eat to shut me up and I got up to 400 I am now 215, but I still got all of the excess skin and insecurities that go with it. I will try and get some friends, but the hard part is when I get rejected from friendships because I try and be friendly, but ppl smell my tier level and avoid me. I talk to ppl, but I never get approached.
