Yes. It is. I guess you can check it yourself. In Europe you can 100% identify an american. Previously, when I was a kid, I always thought that if person speaks English (a tourist for instance) he/she was probably from US. But then I realised that in most cases, that people were from Britain or just tourists from other EU countries. And if you see a mutt, you know it's a mutt.
Also, before relocation, I suggest you to visit US as a tourist if you have not done so yet. Whites are minorities in many places there. You will see a lot of Indians, Mexicans, Africans etc in the streets. Whites there are mostly a mix of all of the above. A sad picture indeed.

The problem is that it is hard to define white in such a way that most can agree on, in America--let alone on pol. So is it true that America is full of mutts? yes we are a nation of mutts. You have to remember that our country is massive. So you can't really get a solid one-size-fits-all answer.
I live in rural Pennsylvania. My county and the surrounding counties are about 97% white. Some niggers that are multigenerational, a couple Asians, and that's about it. But go a few counties away, and you hit an area that is only 65% white. And this is within one state.
So the South is dramatically different than the Pacific NW which is different than New England which is different than the Midwest, etc. etc.

Those communities are smaller than the white communities in the US. Some of the Argentina German towns are only in the thousand. My great grandfather moved to Argentina after WW2 and my grandfather moved to a German town in Wisconsin afterwards. There are still millions of non mixed white people in North America.

In fairness there is some motivation for it.... middle-eastern/north-african are in the same "Indo-Aryan" group as Europeans. Racial difference is objective, but where you draw the boundaries is not objective. So the US is not any more "right" or "wrong" on race than Europe.
