If we look at the sheer level of impact the Indo Europeans had on human culture Civilisation and Evolution, literally no other group of Homo Sapiens in history even compares. They were immensely tall, some averaging 6'6" in height. They also tended to have massive skulls sometimes with huge foreheads. Practically everywhere Indo-Europeans went, either Civilisation sprung or they became the ruling caste of an existing Civilisation. Even in locations where no Civilisation by classical sense of the word - excluding Mongol Hun and Turk Steppe empires from Civilisation despite the great strategy structure and brainpower required to maintain them, there existed the noble warlike societies of the Germanics Celts and Scythians many of whom were praised for their Natural Law-abiding nature, their wealth, skill in combat, skill in science and politics (once "civilised" by neighbors like Greeks and Romans), and their astounding affinity for frugal and honourable behaviour.
