Big slide goes peeeeeeeeeeeee all the way down
FUCK YOUR JOBS!!

This looks like it is about 7× worse than the 2008 financial crisis so far.
>shut down everything
>WOW WHY ARE SO MANY PEOPLE GETTING LAID OFF
I seriously hope you get virus'd so we don't have to deal with you shitting up Yas Forums with your low IQ
Governors mandate the largest sector of employers (restaurants and bars) close. People shocked when unemployment rate goes up.
I work In food and my boss gave us 5$ an hour raise . While all the fags become poor , I'm doing great , and my gf is pregnant with our second ahahaha all of you are son bad st life
Hol up
So you be sayin restautants and non salary school personal only account for 3 million peopo?
>5$ an hour
I somehow don't believe you
i have a shit job as a janitor for a highschool and am currently getting paid $25/h. I don't even have to show up everyday lol
Sorry to say but their is good possibilty of you being laid off if you work a non-essential job once the ball gets rolling. Just save up money while you can.
No.
This meme is Facebook tier. First of all, zoomers don't invest. Second, and perhaps a nitpick, but le blonde huwhite man wouldn't have a reason to be smug. Third, the point of the meme is to shoot one word answers, not cringe pseudo sentences
journaldemontreal.com
look everyone. It's a maymay expert from r*ddit.
Food is essential ... that's why I'm still working , and my wife is a nurse ... we are doing great ahahah
Lel
But people lived out and of this illusion.
A dream or a nightmare that nonetheless worked, providing bread and warmth.
It will be a mess a gargantuan mess.
Honestly this. 2008 should be common knowledge by now, but people here still dont understand what happened and why. They just say "big bank bad" which I partially agree with, but they cant say why its bad, and then they try to relate it to something completely different because during both of these events stocks went down and unemployment rose, as if they were the determining factors and not a result of the response from (((media))) and government.
Tl;dr the collapse of the finance sector is not the same as the media spreading fear and the government forcing business closures
>WERE FUCKED AREN'T WE?
no because based trump will ultimately side with the economy within a month and open everything up irregardless of how corona is doing
it's a simple choice really depression or just accept its another flu. depression would kill way more people, sacrifice the weak for the strong
R.I.P The Market
It’s a little ironic that the democrats, who were so concerned about trump wrecking the economy, were the first ones to suggest and then subsequently wreck the economy as soon as they figured out they could get away with it and look like heroes in the process.
>REEE TRUMP! His actions will cause a diffuse effect that will hamper the economy generally and without cause
>virus you say? How about everybody just not go to work for a little while?
i will pray for you to be able to disinfect your wife properly every day. thank her for her service, and i mean that.
>shutdown non-essential businesses
>surprised when you get laid off
you should kill yourself and rid the world of your faggotry
It is clearly deliberate at this point, as is their deflections about refusing to pass Trumpbux as "b-b-but drumpf wanted free shit for businesses". They are blatantly and openly trying to crash the economy at this point.
And stocks go up. Wtf
Government mandated recession
Because that shit was priced in already days ago.
Become a prostitute?
Have we bottomed then?
The left isnt a zoomer they gave him a come over indicating its a boomer now. The right is the youth who dont have investments. This is a classic turn around of sorts on the meme. And somewhat worth a sensible chuckle.
We have if people can go back to work by the summer.
Exactly. There is no underlying financial instability. Everything was simply ground to a halt through government mandates because of what amounts to a natural disaster. The second the government lifts the restrictions, everyone will immediately go back to work and the economy will go back to humming again. There will be some temporary damages, but hopefully most of that will be mitigated by the stimulus packages.
you're not as smart as you think you are
Get a weapon and fortify your house
Pajeets and niggers are coming in packs to kill you for your supplies.
I guarantee it
>Tl;dr the collapse of the finance sector is not the same as the media spreading fear
You fucking idiot. The US military overseas is on its second highest health alert because soldiers are getting sick from corona and they can't contain it so they can't mobilize and it could now affect operational perfornance. You need to STFU. This is the NWO about to rip our faces off. You're already on your knees laughing like a goyish moron.
The collapse of the financial sector is a direct result of the media spreading fear and Democrat government forcing business closures.
>This is the NWO about to rip our faces off.
This is you desperately praying that someone is in control of this situation because the notion that there isn't is so terrifying you don't want to face it.
Spoiler: there's nobody at the helm. Opportunistic parasites are dying alongside everyone else.
Things are about to get much, much worse.
>There is no underlying financial instability.
Are you stupid? They were doing massive QE. We were headed for negative interest rates. The whole thing was\is tottering on the brink.
No underlying problems? Are you fucking serious? Why would you say something so stupidly black and white when it is beyond obvious it isnt true?
There's the fact that both corporations and consumers in developed countries are indebted up to their eyeballs. Temporary debt relief is only temporary, credit providers *will* do everything they can to eventually recover their credit and all this lost time will send a lot of people under.
>underemployed precariott work
>an actual job
>not having a job in March 26th 2020
lmao
Right, but we should still hang bankers
>The collapse of the financial sector is a direct result of
endless printing of $ and kicking the problem can down the road. The economy is\was utterly fucked. Only complete idiots dont know that.
>First of all, zoomers don't invest
Who the fuck do you think is investing in crypto and all the other random tech stocks? Zoomers are investing, most are probably just picking shitty investments
>Right, but we should still hang bankers
The SJWs and everything else can be traced to bankers.
Better version.
haha squiggly line go up
Most of the major credit providers will realise that if they recover now they wont get shit because everywhere is bankrupt, if they delay until after the crisis is over (including the economic one) they get it back with excess interest. The current issue is that government loans/bonds used to be considered very low risk, so had low interest rates, now they're higher up in terms of risk, so the interest on the will be higher so this will bone every countries finances in the future.
meanwhile in the stock market
>boss refusing to give us hazard bonus
>county shut down of non essential business, mine isnt essential but still open
>unemployment check is bigger than how much I make now
>was a student in 2018 so I don't qualify for stimulus check
Someone toss me the gun
Dow up 750+ now. Shit makes no sense.
>democrats gleeful about blocking trumpbux, lay out a "deal" to get 100% of what they want and Trump gets nothing
>"IT'S NOT DELIBERATE UR JUST A CONSPIRACY THEORIST"
Can't shit up my board when you get put 6 feet under, jew.
>2 tril bailout plus Trump saying things have to reopen on april 1st=people buying back in
what you don't know how bullish shutting down the entire world economy plus massive unemployment plus uncurable rampaging pandemic is?
My local Walmart needs so many employees that they’ve set up a stand in front of the store literally begging people to work
You’d get a $150 bonus & would make $14 an hour, + we are all getting a huge bonuses due to the huge profit we are making
No one wants to work.
People are using this as an excuse to just live off of unemployment.
The crash had already factored in the expected unemployment numbers, the markets are going up because Trump's indicating he will sacrifice a portion of the population to get the country running again at Easter and outright stated that he wont only listen to the doctors telling him to shut down everything but also the economists telling him to open everything.
Where is that from?
>This looks like it is about 7× worse than the 2008 financial crisis so far.
To be expected: none of the underlying issues were addressed in 2008, just papered over and kicked down the road. – Buckle-up, it's going to be rough.
>paid $25/h
>not showing up
so, "not getting paid"
Which means many nepotistic cunts lost their jobs and as soon as it blows over you will have the chance to get somewhere you wouldn't get otherwise.
I'm in sales and I just lost my job and filed. Kind of expected it, desu. It's not like there are any sales happening. Boss said the second this thing kickstarts again and everybody starts going outside again, I'll have my job back if I want it, they just need to ride it out. Fortunately I have some savings. In the meantime I'm going to search for other jobs in a more consistent industry/operates on higher margins.
imagine being butthurt over losing your job because of this.
imagine being grateful for mr. goldberg for giving you a miserable wageslave job.
Nepotism has gone away? If anything having good connections will be the only way to retain position through this. This shakeup will harm the vaulnerable far more than the easy-mode (people who benefit from nepotism).
This is the same argument I get with people who think working holidays for 1.5x pay is worth it, except worse.
14x40 = 560
Stimulus unemployment check = 600+
You're losing money by going to work
It's basically speculation, a lot of people see a buying opportunity and have been looking for the bottom of the market. Then they see it rise by 11% in one day and the herd piles in because of fear of missing out. It will recover to be sure but most likely we are nowhere near the bottom of the market yet.
>shit job
>paid $25/h
lol, you unclog pantyliner out of the girls bathroom for a decent living
Fippy bippy
>imagine being butthurt over losing your
Ability to obtain food and shelter over this
Hey dude, not all of us live in countries with safety nets of any worth. You don't know what this means for many working poor people in USA. In USA gibs are only for mexicans and blacks. Working people in USA are fucked.
Even if we pretend with bonuses you're making 700-800 a week, you're still only earning $100-200 for a whole week of work, since the 600 was guaranteed anyways
It'd be one thing if people just wanted an excuse to live off unemployment, it's another to be asked to come to work where the entire community comes to you during a global pandemic.
>US circa 1936 but way fucking worse
Welp. Bunch of people are about to die in a war that will see reparations be given to one side or another.
The markets are completely detached from reality right now. All they care about is the money machines going brrrrrrrr, and record-high unemployment numbers puts pressure on Congress to pass that stimulus bill.
This shit will implode into a great ball of fire in the coming months. Great opportunity if you're one of those day traders that can act on a moment's notice. For the rest of us, move everything into cash
Yeah well next time make your vote better right-poorfag
