When this is over, you will only be required to pay a portion of your rent, and in smaller payments depending on your income. I am not trying to make profit this year, I am trying to come as close as I can to breaking even. Your total rent cost will be reduced by approximately 25-30% and I will be quite reasonable in the time frame you can pay it back.
Some of this is due to the amenities not being open, so I am compromising. Also, I just feel a moral obligation to do this. Your livelihood is just as important as mine. Without your rent, I can no longer stay in business. And without your respect, this can't be a symbiotic relationship as it once was before the crisis.
