College students are already provided for via student loans and financial aid. You aren't impacted by Corona except for campus closing.

For people 18 - 26, you do not qualify as a child aged 0 - 17 per this legislation and the person claiming you will not qualify for the additional $500.
For FY2020 if you make less than $4300 and you live with family, the head of household can claim you as a dependent regardless of age.
