Hard to find a house below 400, not even near a city,im paying 430, had to pay 3 rents advance just to get the place. Shity, carpet floor, rusty water... But there isn't anything else available. Its all for sale at stupid prices. 800€ A month doesn't cut it, electricy goes for almost 100€ or close to that,then water, services. I usually end up asking my boss for some advance at the end of the month just to eat. Last month i had 1 weekend and most days i worked from 6pm to 9am, just to make some extra. I don't own a car because the gas is retarded here.

When my tenancy ended I didn't renew it, I brought my own place. Sure its not as nice but its mine and it costs me less than half of what I was paying in rent.

Im a landlord too. Just charge them late fees, interest and sue them for the back rent and evict them when the courts open back up. These fucking maggots that dont pay always come crawling back years later to pay off the judgement because they want a job, a professional license, a car or another place to live. Plus you get 12% on the interest, what other investment pays off like that especially these days. Although I think it should be legal to kill a tenants whole family if they are one second late & one penny short, just be satisfied with the money.
