>People are out of work and money because the LITERAL FUCKING GOVERNMENT is shutting everything down
>Can't pay rent
>Shocking

Link nigger

He sounds like a total scumbag otherwise all of the tenants would not have gone against him. If he only rented to Section 8 he would have no worries as .gov would still be sending the money. This boomer stuck his cock in a doorjam and now the tenants are slamming the door using the rock solid excuse of the Kung Flu.

Can't, I signed a lease. You know, gave my word.

>wtf am I supposed to do

GET A FUCKING JOB, I HEARD AMAZON IS HIRING

People shouldn't pay no rent. That's unsustainable, and eventually the courts will turn against them. What they should pay is half rent. It would more likely be "reasonable", and if the landlords cash those checks, which they will, then the tenants have a case against the landlord and the law will be significantly more on their side.

Turn off their water, gas and electricity.

>going on a rent strike?
I did that when I bought my house.

imagine being so financially irresponsible that you spend all your money on floating grease buffet cruises and useless shit.
imagine believing that house prices and rent can only go up because some banker said it.
imagine not having 3-6 months of expenses saved so you have to have your tenants come rescue you from the consequences of your irresponsible lifestyle.
imagine actually believing that you're a "lord" of anything at this point!
We must ban (((rent))), (((usury))), and all (((passive income))). LANDLORDS DO NOT CONTRIBUTE TO SOCIETY.
PARASITIC RENT-SEEKING IS NOT LABOR!

why doesn't this guy have a 3 month emergency fund? maybe he should just cutback on starbucks

Exactly how we feel. What a retard. What are we supposed to fucking do for rent?

Another tranny lefty larping on plebbit about a revolution and you morons buy it. Herb this shit

reddit.com/r/realestateinvesting/comments/fotvwa/please_help_my_tenants_organized_and_are_saying/
here is the thread
Just make them pay back at a later date and if they refuse, evict them
same could be said about the tenants

This

Poor boomer shouldn't have bought that Harley.

Bad idea. Evictions are frozens but public utility regulatory boards are still running and one call by a single tenant would be enough to get the water running again.

This. Not that I like landlords, far from it.
But going on a rent strike is a really low thing to do, not even trying to work something out with the landlord, just 'we get to use your property for free, get a job lol'.

>What they should pay is half rent.

Try a quarter. The renting market is collapsing right now because no one is going to book an airbnb for the next 6-12 months. Because of the crisis and the economical downturn.

Attached: Untitled.png (513x644, 342.89K)

Why should you be saving for an unexpected shutdown by your government over something so little?

>my job is owning a thing
>don't save
>ruh roh
This is why I always chuckle at people over-leveraging the shit out of themselves to own multiple houses to rent, cause they barely make it and anything like this can collapse them, all so they don't have to work a job.

Please tell me how you will provide housing without landlords and entrepreneurs taking financial risk to build apartment buildings. Fucking idiot

kick em all out. there is t any clause in the lease about pandemics causing rent to be skipped due to job loss.

kick em all OUT

He should ask for leniency from mortgage or other loans he got, since now banks are willing to understand.

When your landlord demands rent in the middle of a pandemic and you just got laid off, I don’t think they deserve anyone’s respect or time

Attached: ivanka.jpg (800x431, 119.78K)

Wait, are you telling me things can't go up infinitely? I was under the impression that is how the world works and the only reason everyone doesn't do it is cause they just aren't as good as those people.

Haha I'm a millenials that has gotten fucked every time we get a chance to come back.

At least my country's history hasn't been replaced by jews and niggers.

>no one is going to book an airbnb for the next 6-12 months
and rates still won't go down

Yes.

RENT STRIKE NOW!

Good luck getting new tenants when layoffs are becoming more numerous.

HAHA, fuck these airbnb people, hope they all starve.

Because adults should have savings not credit card debt and Chink made electronic toys.

They will because those people still have to make payments for their mortgages.

Right, they took a risk and they now lost, welcome to risk. Risk means you have an actual chance of failing, are you dumb? This is the risk, people stop paying you.

You mean, why should an individual save for any number of unexpected life events that could seriously impact their long term financial viability?

all these landlord threads
commie scum, day of the rent is coming
in about a week or so

Chapo tranny faggots can’t stand having to work and pay rent

>Check the welfare gibs rate in your region.
>Adjust temporary rent accordingly.
>Avoid total bankruptcy.
Easy fix. When people lose their jobs, they get gibs from the government, claim your share of that temporary pie.

Well, if you're a large corporation, you dont need to manage risk. When people stop paying you, the government will step in, siphon trillions from the middle class and give it to you because "muh economy".

3 months*

Nah that'll fuck you over. Just back charge em for ever month they don't pay.

I don't mind renting but my rent is a quarter of my paycheck.
Thats the only reason I care.

A deal's a deal.

False flag incoming.

watch thread get deleted

>rent strike
what about the phone bill? all the phone compamy does is own the towers
>what about car insurance? all the insurance company does is take your money 99.999% of the time
what about the water company? they just own the pipes.
>this has to be a psyops, no way its real

Delete this, goyim

>what about the phone bill? all the phone compamy does is own the tower

Communication infrastructure is a utility and should be nationalized yes.

if my landlords mortgage and utilities are frozen. im not paying til he is. if hes paying im paying.

I can't wait to scoop up another property during the boomer sell-off.

>there will be LOUD NOISES BANGS FIRING GUNS!! E X P L O S I O N S!! GUNFIGHTS... AND MORE!
>submit the following:
>a headshot
is this some black american humour because i dont get it?

>muh sole income is muh poor widdle rentals!

So the only thing they do for a living is own something?

>muh taxes and maintenance

Yes, that's what happens when you own something. you have to pay those. You'd have to pay those even if no one lived there. That's not a job, that's just called owning something. same as a car.

I swear to god these fucking landlord posts are the biggest fucking psyops to plant the idea that we need UBI to bail us out. I see 10+ posts a day on this stupid shit. Pelosi’s bill included digital currency and the only fucking way the US will accept a CENTRAL BANK issued digital currency is if they are desperate. Fucking Trojan horse and you faggots are eating it up

>my only source of income is owning something
that aint it chief, big yikes

>when you have to choose between this and having trash-tier section 8 tenants who will actually destroy your apartments

>assuming its a boomer
gen X tops

Then take that up with them, either way you still said "they took the risk to be a landlord or entrepeneur". Risk means no guarantee you will win, welcome to actual risk. You're making excuses on one hand, then complaining about corporate welfare on another. Not real big on corporate welfare either but they do have to keep things together or it all collapses and then everyone is unemployed. Guess you should have started a multibillion dollar business and learn how to get bailed out like the smart ones, huh?

> 32 rental payments per month
> owned the building presumably for multiple years
> can't afford to tighten the hatches when everybody else is expected to
Fuck this cocksucker, those niggers in his apartment should fuckin' kill the suipid faggot with their Glocks.

Attached: image.jpg (2560x1440, 2.27M)

Nope. Paid my mortgage and hot tub payment.

Feelsgood.jpeg

Just wanna say fuck jannies. I was in the middle of reading that thread, you worthless shits.

It's a pandemic for them too, though. They have bills to pay. Where do you draw the line here?

Why should they have to be prepared if their tenants dont?
Theyre still people

>>Rent
Imagine being so blue-pilled that you would rather throw your money away each month.

Attached: ylx111qeg -- 3131 -- ubs111vse'.jpg (645x773, 87.13K)

Might makes right, when you decide between food or rent, 32 of you vs 1 of him win. Welcome to reality. Everyone will do what is best for them in a bad situation.

you get free rent and I get to kick out all of the niggers that my taxes pay for. deal?

average rent cost in houston is around $1100 so he should be getting around $35k a month/420k a year.
no reason why he shouldnt be able to survive off that

look for the user name.

>people don't have enough money saved in case of an emergency

Huh? I thought the U.S was a rich, first world country?

Attached: 1583529760030.png (798x448, 392.11K)

Well, remember there are still property taxes, general costs of buying the building, paying any employees, maintenance, so it wouldn't be that high.

Remember when everyone on 4Chins used to LARP as a millionaire landlord with vast rental property holdings?
Pepperidge Farm remembers.

Attached: remember.jpg (450x397, 217.88K)

Prepare to be evicted by the banks or tax collectors that your landlord owes money to.

Attached: 1496171031712.gif (309x313, 2.91M)

Should grocery stores give out free food too, simp redditor? A PC-simp like you is easily detectable, you reek of entitlement

reddit.com/r/realestateinvesting/comments/fotvwa/please_help_my_tenants_organized_and_are_saying/

That takes a while, especially for 32 people, then he's still fucked cause no one will be renting right now. He won't win this and neither do they.

>when you decide between food or rent, 32 of you vs 1 of him win. Welcome to reality. Everyone will do what is best for them in a bad situation.
You're not going to be dealing with a single landlord. You're going to be dealing with banks and tax collectors.

Good luck.

Attached: chuckle m8.gif (217x217, 1.46M)

Every landlord I ever knew that wasn't apart of a larger company was a sad piece of shit with debts pretty much eating all their profits.

>They have bills to pay
I hope you’re smart enough to see what they should do because they too are affected by a pandemic

Attached: cheesecake.png (750x930, 610.31K)

seems like a false equivalence. You want there to be a horde of homeless people every time a crisis happens?

Honestly I would personally just ask for only about a quarter of rent and not really be too aggressive about it at the moment. If everyone still refused and was a big dick about it I'd just start abducting all the tenants to seel their corpses and organs on the black market. We need a culling of the whole population, predominantly of r-selective pinkos, I don't care anymore how it's done so I might as well profit on it but it must be accomplished

Yeah, imagine if access to food was a right and people weren’t waiting hours in line to buy bread

Which takes a lot of time, evicting someone usually takes a while. By the time they evict all 32, he will have an empty complex, just like now except without people continuing to live there when they can pay. I won't deal with anyone, I have a house and keep 6-8 months of spare cash around, plus I'm still working making 120k, I'm fine. I'm just letting you know, the landlord is fucked either, no one will fill those empty apartments right now.

This.
It's reverse psychology, a commie trying to get people to actually do this..

It won't be the landlord doing the evicting, it'll be banks or government.

landlords might be jews but the tenants are 100% on responsible for their rent.
They signed their lease agreement and it's not the landlord fault that they can't pay.

Now it would have been less dishonest and jewish of them if they tried you know, to negotiate with the Landlord instead of forcing his hand.

The landlord can't do that, the court will see it as him trying to evict the tenants by his own hands and they will really fucking dislike that.

Which takes a lot of time like I said, the landlord would have to go delinquent, which would usually take months before they finally do repo. You're looking at probably around 6 months to get those people out in that scenario, so they are smart to do it, cause they keep a roof during and eat. Apparently you aren't really familiar with how these things play out.

In most places to kick someone out is a long process in the courts. You can't just kick them out willy nilly.
