Hydroxychloroquine is a zinc Ionophore. The reason we are using it is because it can increase the uptake of Zinc ions into your cells. Zinc Ions have been proven to inhibit the replication process of the virus when it enters the cell.

Hydroxychloroquine will only work if you are not Zinc deficient. As for the anti bacterial, this is to prevent your compromised lung tissue from getting secondary infections, This virus is literally killing layers of the insides of peoples lungs, septic material is very vulnerable to bacteria.
