I think there is logistical challenges is reaching these people in any numbers. Trying to go straight to 'black twitter' is actually not so easy considering how twitter demands real identities, then once you get flagged that account is trashed. Facebook has similar issues.
I think identifying specific news sites with popular comment sections, forums, etc. might be good, but accounts are likely to have short lives with pro-jew admins quickly deleting you and your comments. Pretending to be outspoken black jew truthers has some promise, but is a long con with lots of effort required to reach relatively small numbers of people.
Honestly some organized effort to use spammer techniques to use twitter seems best, but I do not know what current 2020 twitter spamming techniques look like. Probably purchasing accounts from some asia based marketing company that has cheap labor or automated systems or both just churning out accounts with associated 2-factor via VPNs.. Would cost $, and STILL have relatively short life spans and potential audience per account.
In other words, it is haaaard.
