Keep private property, abolish the landlord

Explain to me how capitalizing housing through development, property taxing, city coding, and local incentives to rent out at a controlled rate is not a method to provide housing for people who own no property at all? Just try.

I don't think he means mook merica fucktard.

It is the specialization of tasks that has allowed us to advance. Self sufficiency can only mean everyone being reduced back to farmers. What kind of civilization would that produce? Probably something similar to what the native Americans had. There would be no public works, no art, no monuments, no culture etc. . Oh and there would be no strength or means of defense which means your hyper individualistic lifestyle would soon be ended by aggressive invaders

Well they aren't going to do that because capitalists control the economy.

Yeah its an inferior solution that can be replaced by something better. I literally said in my post people can still be developers, but they have to sell to families or the state. The state will also produce private dwellings to be sold to individuals. Everything people are currently paying for rent, and which goes to nothing and doesn't even affect their credit score to boot, would actually go towards ownership. Its a pretty great plan. Seethe more, Jew.

Why are you talking about who or who wouldn't be incentavized to implement it, instead of the actual merit of the system?

You know that Native Americans had art, culture, highly developed cities, independent nations, a history, and even social-economic classes, right? They weren’t just naked people with bows and arrows. If anything what you are describing is feudal Europe, where yes, most people on the lower social class where essentially just farmers.

Because it doesn't matter. If the capitalist class could they'd have you working 24/7 for no pay. Its only the threat of violence that stops them.

Because any system needs people to incentivize or implement it. That’s what makes it a system. Otherwise it’s just an idea or some made up theory. It might as well be something your dog told you to do.

This will not work.
There is a reason why "land" or "property" is used as a way of treasuring wealth and ensuring all your hardwork and the hardwork of your ancestors is not stolen.
Is hard to steal land or a building, more so in a state of law.

If my grandfather worked to give something to my father, and my father worked to give something to me and I worked to give something to my sons all of us expect, you know, that the wealth does not magically dissapear.

If you only give "money" to people you have the problem of inflation and meme money.
If you give something that is hard to produce like "gold", you have the problem that is not practical to transfer or secure and is easy to steal.
That's why people buy land or buildings.
If somebody want to ensure that the wealth he want to inheret to his kid is not stolen he can always buy an appartment.

One property per person is a retarded number.
You should at least let 4-8 buildings per person to take into account inter generationl transfer of wealth and people having more than one kid.
