Take advantage of both Left wing and Right wing voices asking for more authoritarian measures. 7. Take advantage of conservative voices who are mostly indebted to capitalist corporations in U.S. economy who will defend any financial incentives to be made if markets can be open to China again. 8. After spreading the propaganda of Chinese recovery start the national economy in full throttle while other nation's continue to suffer. 9. Use your economic power to help U.S. and Europe for a price. 10. The price would be these nations can only receive help if they allow China to have the power to make decisions in those nations domestic issues. 11. The price would also be that China's products will have technology that will allow them to monitor and control through incentives these foreign consumers. 12. China will continue to influence American industries like Hollywood, NBA, and Apple but because of Covid-19 China will now be able to control America both economically and mentally.
