I worked construction for a bit, and I can confidently say, I’m no good at it. The cost of materials, plus how shitty it would look if I did it, makes it not worth it. Tons of places are moving here since it's one of the lowest cost places to live in America. Plenty of engineering jobs. The culture part is lacking though as we could only sustain a musical festival for 3 years in a row before having to take a year off due to lack of interest. Tons of good food though.
