Basically this: You save up enough money to buy some income property; you try to charge enough in rent so that it covers your mortgage and the property taxes and also provides enough income to justify the expense of the upkeep, maintenance and improvements, and hopefully covers your time. And hopefully you make some profit. If you can make enough, after a while, maybe you can afford another property. But niggers know that it takes you three fucking months to evict them. So, since they have no sense of honor, integrity or ethics, they stop paying rent, break the contract they agreed to, and allow you to pay for them for three months or more. Also, the niggers fuck the place up, so you have to spend money fixing all the shit the niggers broke. So, landlords stop investing in properties in niggerville; so the tax base in niggerville falls even lower; schools in niggerville are soon filled with only niggers, so nobody learns anything ciz niggers are low-IQ disruptive assholes, and when the evil landlords decide to fucking sell at a loss and split, the tax rate for non-niggers living in or around niggerville goes up.
