Chinese discrimination. I have family there so I know the culture and I used to visit Mexico City and other places as a kid over summer. Mexicans do not like Chinese people at all. They might not attack them openly like black people, but only because there are so few of them they aren't a threat.
Instead Mexicans deter Chinese immigration by constantly harassing them. It's not uncommon to see open Chinese racism in Mexico. They'll walk by a Chinese restaurant and pull their eyes back with their fingers and make Chinese sounds. They make puns and rhymes about Chinese people when they see one walk by. They make them so uncomfortable they don't immigrate there.
