LANDLORDS Continued

all that is required for eviction is physical removal of tenant
threats make it happen much easier and faster
bait harder

Shelter is free for the next 3 months to year in and a half, I could be working but the government is stopping me is not my fault

so he made everything right in his life. Don't forget that a good portion of the money goes to tax/reparations/insurance and so on

>there are two sides in the negotiation

>wah! they're entitled!

My take: Let's say someone can't afford rent right now, and let's assume your local and state laws actually allow you to evict them. Who, exactly, do you believe is going to move in to your rental property in their absence? There isn't a market for moving right now during social isolation and quarantine. Might as well give your renters the benefit of the doubt.
>t. homeowner

exactly

then you end up with no shelter

they are unable to give a shit
their entire mindset is
>gibsmedat

the rules dont suit them
therefore the rules are invalid
except where convenient for them
they can take what they want but dont take from them

your parents alone are responsible for having raised you correctly
even if they failed for any reason, once an adult you alone are responsible for you

you linked to wrong post

yes piss them off enough and nothing else will matter

lol commie noob, you are a pussy

so the tenants just need to look at those figures, and get an idea of a fair rent based on that

they can't really negotiate if information like that is being hidden from them

Landlords extract (steal) surplus labor from the workers as well.

If a single job such as a hookup to a main or replacing outdated wiring makes the house livable for ten years, and that the house was not livable before job was done restricting the ability to lease an apartment, then the electricians and plumbers created 10 years worth of value (rent) for the landLORD. Yet, they are only paid a flat fee for their labor; the rest of the value STOLEN by the landlord and subsequently the banks to whom they pay mortgage.

>wah! they're entitled!

correct:
think they are

if no on is in it then that is far less wear and tear
you cannot be entitled to what isnt yours
or what is yours can be taken
dont open that can of worms
