Laws are enforced by violence and the only "jurisdiction" that a court needs over you is a bailiff with a gun. Sovereign citizens have a mindfucked view of the law but it's really quite simple. It works like this:

1. The government claims legitimate authority to make laws and enforces that authority with violence.
2. The people get butthurt at the constant tyranny and make demands that the government restrict its violence and authority to certain forms (constitution)
3. The government, through its parliamentary body, makes laws per the constitution so as not to piss off the people
4. You follow the laws or get put in a cage, everyone is happy because the government gets to rule and the people believe the government is legitimate

The fundamental mistake of sovereign citizens is believing that there is some element of consent involved in this. There isn't. It's a power struggle between tyrants and peasants and you kill and catch your own. Peasants can only resist tyrants when they work together, so abandoning the only real protection you have - actual constitutional law - in favour of utopian delusions of sovereignty is doubly retarded.
